Pranic Healing in short, is Self Healing. The theory behind this, is,that we have a lot of different Energy Bodies, and that if we look after ourselves, and all these bodies properly, then we will be able to actually Heal Ourselves, and will not need doctors and other medical interventionists.
I have been working on this premise for the last 10 years and have found it to be true. Slowly but surely, just using Natural Remedies, Healers,Spiritual methods like Meditation, Chanting etc, I am now able to be Well and Happy, most of the time. Of course, Enough Exercise, Healthy Nutrition, Enough Good Sleep and Rest, Love and laughter are basic requirements for this state of Being. Doing the Right Work with the Right Amount of Service,i.e Helping others or Sharing, as I call it, is also a prerequisite, to acheive this Well being.
I was very lucky to have been born in India where the Spiritual Path is just part of Daily Living and leads our way of Life, so a spiritual teacher¨Guru¨is normal. Sai Baba who passed on last year, was mine, so I had a lot of Teaching and Guidance since I was a little girl. His teachings were all about Being a Good Person and Loving Service. If one can attain this, then the rest follows. I have seen this to be True and hope you can find the same, sooner rather than later…Love is the Key!

Rejection or Feeling Unwanted. If Love is what we all really want and need, then Rejection has got to be the worst feeling ever? This depends on a lot of factors like everything else and is an Individual experience like everything else.
If one has been rejected as a child by a parent or carer consistently, then this will be a very important issue for you. Abandonment, of course, is the ultimate in Rejection. If this is the case, one will re-create the same situation repeatedly albeit unconsciously till one breaks down as has had enough, and seeks help.
One way to heal this feeling of Rejection that one carries around is also by working on one´s self esteem and therefore arriving at Loving oneself and therefore Healing all old wounds whatever they might be. All ¨baggage¨from childhood can be a gateway into Total Healing of Self and Achieving a Happy Life. If anything bothers you in any way, remember: Where there exists a problem, there is also a Solution just waiting around the corner. That is The Beauty Of life!

Changes? What are Changes? For me, it is an Inner change primarily, that creates an outer Change in Life. As my field is One of Personal Well Being and Growth, am aware of change on a Daily Basis, if not momentarily! I Love Change as it is Progress in one form or another.
We Humans seem to be Creatures of Habit as do seem All Life forms. I see how everyone seems to be really fearful of current changes in the world monetary systems though people with a spiritual take on life, see them as a necessary stage for planetary evolution and a that a better will be in place after.
So really, is it not one´s own perspective and belief system that decides what change it needs and which one is good or not?
Just a little note for now. Will Continue on this theme more soon…

I wonder? Is it Tolerance that we are lacking more than anything else in this world? I have spent the whole month of January reflecting on and observing Tolerance in myself and those around me. What is Tolerance?
I define Tolerance as Total Acceptance of Everyone and Everything as it is, albeit it not being the way I want it to be. It is not easy to do, for sure, but definitely leads to a happier existence, I find.
I would say, Intolerance comes from Fear namely, as we Humans seem not to quite understand, that Differences are Wonderful not a Threat! Hopefully, as We Evolve, we will. Intolerance is also an Ego quality as Ego does not understand differences either.
My level of Tolerance is absolute in reality, but if I am tired or hurt in any way, then it changes to Intolerance immediately. Therefore, in order to live in Tolerance with all beings around me, I do my utmost to live peacefully and stress free on a Daily Basis.

New Year´s Eve tonight. A Wonderful Feeling; that something New and Fresh is about to happen. The whole world celebrates this together with time differences taken into account. Midnight is the Hour when the Celebration reaches a peak wherever you are.
What are we celebrating? Being alive, I think, is really what is at the bottom of it all, even if most are not conscious of this fact, perhaps. As world disasters seem to be increasing; Natural and man made, The Human Race is becoming slowly but surely aware, of How Precious Life is, and how we take it so for granted. I hear this more and more, whether it be in person, or in net communication.
Life is a Celebration and if we just stop and take stock, we will realise how Blessed we are to Be Alive. And if we are Healthy, Have a home and Enough Food and Energy in our home, the we are Truly Fortunate. And of coz, most importantly someone to Love and someone who Loves us!
So send a Loving thought to those who are not as fortunate, maybe this New Year, Share what you can with them, and Be Grateful for what you have? This would be a Great Start to 2012….

The Hindu philosophy promotes Detachment very strongly. So does Buddhism. What does it mean?I understand and work it like this. I am fully participational in my life in every way, but now that I am in my 50´s, am detaching from my past slowly but surely, and that includes not being overtly attached to anyone or anything in the present, as well. This seems to be happening quite easily now, and allows me to be content mostly. This process has also taken all the un-necessary and exhausting emotional drama out of my life, thankfully!
Detachment also allows for better relationships,I find, as it means we are not dependant on the other, but relate purely with Love. It is not a need. When this can occur, we are able to stand apart enough so that when things are not going well with the other, avoid getting enmeshed in each other´s story; may it be your parents, kids, any family, partner, friend, work colleague or really, anyone you know. Empathy can also occur easily,as we are Detached and therefore more objective, and so can comfort the other better, rather than suffer with them.
In order to Detach, one does need to know oneself well and have no major traumas, psychological or emotional issues within. That needs to be explored first and when one feels sufficiently balanced, calm and content, then Detachment is a beautiful journey esp for the second part of our lives. Of course, some may even be born with this capacity like the Dalai Lama. I had to live, experience everything I did, lose myself, find myself and only now am enjoying the fruits of Detachment slowly but surely….

Faith? This was a word that implied religion to me before. As my life progressed and Spirituality became my focus; Faith has a complete different meaning now. Yes, I do feel connected to a Higher Power and Higher Self now. It feels like my Soul/Higher Self and this Higher Power have an un-interrupted connection and so I have Faith in only Good or call it God, whichever.
This Faith translates into a warm secure feeling inside of me at all times, despite what comes my way in Life. Fear seems to be minimal and even when it appears, Faith seems to send it away, pretty rapidly. Fear seems to be the main motivator for everything ugly in the world, as it is overwhelming and takes one over, if you let it. It is an ego based aspect of the human being, that is very powerful.
Having a handle on fear through Faith has meant a Happy and Content Life to me for years. How does One get to this level of Faith? A Clean,Sober, Healthy and Loving way of Living does the trick….

A Wonderful Secret I discovered through the 12 step programme. And thought I would like to share this with You. My Part in It. ¨It ¨signifies Anything and Everything in Life from a thought, feeling, action, interaction with another, any situation etc.

Whatever It may be, positive or negative, if I just focus on My Part in It, I Empower myself to the full. As I am powerless to change anything but myself, by my seeing what My Part is in It, I give myself all the Power possible to Change It!

Let´s take an example. If I have an argument with someone, and then just stop and check how and why, it accrued from my side, I will realise that it was due to me being tired, fearful, upset, hungry, angry anyway, sad, worried etc etc. The point being, is that I was not in a good state already, and so flared up.

So by just looking at My part in It, I can actually find the source of anything that happens in my life and therefore take Full responsibility for Myself, Empower Myself and conseuently Change My Life for the Better…

I have to admit I am rather confused presently. Why is the world just not responding to events that are stating the obvious?? It seems to me,that everyone is pissed off with the way, Life is right now, beacuse it is believed, that only a few seem to have all the comforts, and therefore, what is understood to be, Happiness. The rest feel they are only struggling to survive. And this is seen in various degrees all over the world. I must confess I am very comfortable in my Life in every way…

Why am I? This is because when I hit my rock bottom 11 years ago, out of no conscious choice of mine, I add hastily;I slowly began to realise, that, I had been living in excess for all of my life, really. As I had to make do with a lot, lot, less, suddenly, it then became clear to me,very quickly, that Idid not need anywhere,as much, as I had been used to. I am actually talking about everything, not just material….

This was my prelude to what I have now. Freedom from Bondage! I have since then, done the process of Downsizing in All Areas of my Life and the Freedom comes from within and by not needing all that stuff! And the Giving Up of Material Excess can be replaced with Qualities of Inner Peace, Generosity, Gratitude, Sharing, and many many more but the main one being Love! So when we, The Human Race realise this very simple but poignant fact that we do not need anywhere near as much of anything, and do the Inner process described above,we will be Free and then Happy….And the fighting and violence will cease! And a proper re-distribution of all resources can be done all over the world and then maybe one and all can have enough of the basics to start with….And the follow up of the principle of Being can come in, allowing the one of Having to go…….

Patience is the gift of patience;it is said. What is Patience? I figure, it is having an inner knowing, that whatever I am waiting for and/or working for is on it´s way. That i do not need to get anxious, worry or fear the outcome; that it is already on it´s way. This goes hand in had with Faith, for me….

Our Society these days does not encourage or allow for patience, really as there seems to be an overwhelming need to hurry and a consistent worry for the future. My mum used to sing…Que sera sera…whatever will be, will be and this is very re-assuring with what she also taught us; Doing our best at all times.

So put it all together. Doing one´s best at all times, No rush, Faith in all being Well equals to Patience!

Just a lil tit bit to ponder over?
