Trust

Trust is a basic necessity for a good life as without it,fear and uncertainty will be with you at every moment. So what is Trust? This is a huge topic that I can, but only just touch upon, as it also depends on each individual´s perspective and experience as everything, in life.
For me, Trusting is being comfortable within myself when connecting with other people,places or things. It is a deep knowing, a resonance that all is well when relating to that person,place or thing. Without Trust,optimal relations and optimal life experiences cannot happen.
Trust goes hand in hand with Love. Loving someone must include Trusting that person otherwise the Love cannot flourish. It will be hampered and the relationship will sour. Betrayal by the other is what breaks the Trust and is usually very difficult to re-establish. It is possible with dedicated perseverance and the if there exists True Love between two people.
One hears of Trusting God, The Universe, Higher Power, Divine etc and that is, Trusting that a power greater than oneself, A Good Power/Energy/conciousness is always looking out for the best for oneself. Not necessarily is that easy or fun! This has proved to me over and over again,the bridge between betrayal and Trust, bringing us to a place within, of Trusting oneself, which is a lovely warm and loving space within, that one can carry around on a daily basis…
